Job Summary :

We are looking for an insurance agent that is driven and customer focused. The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating new business prospects, delivering first-rate customer support, and providing clients with specialized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibility :

- Keep thorough records of all sales interactions with clients, prospects, and customers.

- Monitor individual and team performance, providing coaching and feedback to drive results.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth within assigned regions or markets.

Qualifications :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum of 2+years of experience in field sales

- Strong understanding of insurance products, industry regulations, and sales best practices

- Minimum age is 21 and maximum age is 38.
