Job description: Sales Executive-Agency (insurance)

Position summary:-

We are seeking a result-driven and strategic sales executive manager to lead and grow our insurance agency sales term. The job's purpose is to recruit, develop and manage a team of insurance advisors.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration.

- Identify and target high-potential markets and customer segments.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of insurance agents.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skill

Desired candidate profile:-

Age: minimum 21 years, max 38 years

Experience: minimum 2+ year in field sales

Education: gradation is compulsory

- Two-wheeler required

- 5 days working

Fic CTC + incentive (CTC : 2.10 LPA To 3.20 LPA )
