Assistant Sales Manager - BFSI (1-4 yrs)

We are looking for a motivated assistant sales manager to support sales growth within the agency channel. This role involves assisting in the development and execution of sales strategies, mentoring agents, and ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in the execution of sales strategies to achieve targets within the agency channel.

- Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing guidance to ensure sales goals are met.

- Conduct market research to uncover new growth opportunities.

- Collaborate with the marketing team on the creation of promotional materials and campaigns.

Requirements :

- A bachelor's degree is required.

- At least 1 year of experience in field sales.

- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Must be based locally.
