Functions and Accountabilities :
- Researches and analyzes sales choices; finds prospects and assesses their position in the industry to find commercial opportunities.
- Promotes items by reaching out to potential customers, building rapport, and offering solutions.
- Compiles, evaluates, and summarizes data to create reports.
- Building his own network by hiring people and educating them about the company concept.
- Observe the problems with the client and stockpoint and attempt to offer remedies.
- Find and seize new sales opportunities to meet and surpass sales goals.
- Use persuasive arguments to market, sell, and present goods and services to both current and potential clients.
- Using cold calling, networking, referrals, and other strategies, generate leads.
- Create and preserve a good working connection with clients.
- Recognize the needs of your clients and offer solutions that satisfy them.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
