Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist in face-to-face meetings and product presentations and Support in identifying and targeting potential customers.
- Collaborate with teams to develop sales pitches and Collect customer information and follow up on leads.
- Help maintain the customer database and build relationships and Participate in market research and product demonstrations.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts and Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
- Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services and Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
- Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services and Generating Business from Existing Customers.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
Skills and Qualifications :
- Strong interest in sales and customer service.
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with a positive attitude and adaptability.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
