Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets in a fast-paced B2B environment, focusing on closing channel sales deals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure alignment with company objectives and sales targets.
- Source new sales opportunities through internal lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
- Drive consistent high-value transactions with a focus on exceeding sales quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, empowering buyers throughout the sales process.
- Analyze competitive landscapes, perform user segmentation, and develop a deep understanding of the market.
- Use data and insights to shape sales narratives, refine priorities, and communicate clearly across teams.
- Work with the team to build pipeline and close deals in rapid sales cycle.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
