Manager - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Duties and Positions:

- To expand and enhance the bank's overall operations and Trade Finance & Services offering.

- Create a thorough account plan and execution strategy for every customer, and then hold regular reviews to make sure the plan is being followed.

- Finding and approaching corporate clients with high trade potential (NTBs)

- Exhibit in-depth familiarity with the products of rivals and the trade and capital account business environment.

- Contribute to the development of a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products by discussing product features, service levels, and products with the product and strategy teams.

- Provide feedback on the sales plan for establishing Trade Finance and its services.

- To meet trade targets, establish, communicate, and implement a business plan that addresses product development, sales, and service delivery.

- Acquire expertise in specific fields to assist oversee the portfolio

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
