Job Description :

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisors.

- Set clear sales targets and motivate the team to achieve them.

- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support to improve team performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key partners.

- Track team progress, analyze performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or insurance.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.

- Local candidates from Hyderabad preferred.
