Responsibilities:
- Look into new connections and prospects that could result in business expansion.
- Work together with executives and sales managers to match company goals and objectives with training initiatives.
- Form partnerships with institutions and schools throughout the landscape.
- Create positioning and brand awareness, as well as campaigns and strategies.
- Hold education abroad seminars at universities and schools.
- Assure the Business Unit's profitability and the accomplishment of sales and delivery goals.
- Assure prompt service delivery and optimize procedures to increase operational effectiveness.
- The company's product offerings' market share in the area is evaluated and monitored.
- To enhance the performance of sales team members, offer them continual coaching and mentoring.
- In order to represent the whole brand experience, it is important to promote a consistent customer experience across all services.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
