Relationship Manager - Sales - BFSI (1-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with sales leadership to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to specific sales roles.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and industry events, to build a strong candidate pipeline.

- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our sales culture.

- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- A minimum of one year of experience in field marketing and sales.

- Any graduate or postgraduate student.
