Area Sales Manager - BFSI (1-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales team needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales roles.

- Utilize data and metrics to drive recruitment decisions and improve processes.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales recruitment.

- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.

Candidate Requirements :

- Education : Any graduate is qualified.

- Age range : 21 to 38 years old.

- Capable CTC of 4.00 lpa

- Experience : A minimum of one year of field sales experience.
