We are seeking an enthusiastic assistant sales manager to lead business development and drive profitable growth in the local market. This role involves implementing strategic initiatives, managing sales performance, and enhancing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute the business strategy for designated lines to ensure growth and profitability.
- Oversee P&L management, sales targets, and budget efficiency.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, supporting various functions such as marketing, project management, and order handling.
- Strengthen customer relationships by engaging with key decision-makers and identifying new opportunities.
- Develop partnerships with channel partners to boost sales and revenue.
- Ensure that backend processes and support functions meet agreed service levels.
- Organize and direct team efforts while mentoring and motivating both direct and indirect reports.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Must be local.
