Job Description
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Identify qualified candidates for insurance advisor positions and ensure that they are licensed in order to meet the company's sales goals.
- Encouraging advisors to achieve the company's sales targets.
- Manage and track advisor performance, and provide on-the-job training.
- Managing stakeholder relations.
- Maintain tenacity in enforcing the policies that the advisory team has adopted in order to maximize overall profitability.
Conditions :
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Two Years at Least in Field Sales
- Outstanding Ability to Communicate
- Currently Valid Driver's License
