Job Summary:
The role involves promoting Current and Savings Accounts (CASA) to potential customers, achieving sales targets, and fostering customer relationships to grow the bank's retail portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients for CASA products.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets.
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships for retention and cross-selling.
- Provide excellent after-sales support and handle customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with all banking policies and guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
- Proven experience in BFSI sales.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-focused and customer-driven mindset.
- Age 21 to 27 Required.
