Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Role Summary :

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and building a strong sales team. You'll be the company's expert on its offerings, understanding how they meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and train representatives and monitor performance to achieve targets.

- Build relationships, and ensure their needs are met by the company's solutions.

- Identify skills gaps and create training programs, coach representatives to improve performance, and ensure they're using effective sales techniques.

- Set objectives, track progress, and analyze data to ensure sales.

Essential Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in Insurance sales and marketing.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate others.

- 3 to 5 years of residency experience.
