Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced System Architect Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive product development, system architecture, and in-depth knowledge of embedded systems. You will work closely with international distributed teams and play a key role in designing and integrating software, hardware, and mechanical systems for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities :

• System Architecture Design: Develop and define product system architecture for IVI, Tuner, ADAS, IMS/DMS, Display, and Accessories.
• Radio and Communication Protocols:
• Experience with AM, FM, DAB, DAB+, SXM, HD Radio, and DRM.
• Expertise in network protocols such as TCP/IP, UDP, Ethernet, and communication networks like CAN, LIN, and FlexRay.
• Knowledge of SOME/IP, RTP over UDP protocols, and diagnostics including UDS and DoIP.
• Automotive Development: Apply software, hardware, mechanical, and optical domain knowledge to automotive products' specification and architecture.
• Embedded Systems:
• Knowledge of various OS's and their integration for SOCs/Modules such as AutoSAR, FreeRTOS, and uCOS.
• Experience with solutions used in automotive embedded developments.
• Functional Safety and Cybersecurity: Knowledge of ISO 26262 standards and cybersecurity practices for automotive systems.
• ASPICE and Standards Compliance:
• Understand and implement ASPICE processes from a system perspective.
• Design and Integration:
• Experience in electronic design, mechanical integration, and design for manufacturing.
• Capability to understand and manage the links and impacts between software, electronics, mechanics, and industrialization activities.
• Problem Solving and Communication:
• High capacity for technical issue synthesis and problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent customer communication skills for technical discussions.
• Tools and Collaboration:
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence) for project management and documentation.
• Ability to work effectively with international teams (FCE and customers).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the automotive industry in a similar role.
• Technical Expertise:
• Strong understanding of automotive product development and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with network protocols, diagnostics, and embedded systems integration.
• Certifications: Functional Safety (ISO 26262) certification is a plus.
• Languages:
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Japanese and German is an advantage.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
