Functions and Accountabilities :

- To hire qualified candidates for insurance adviser positions and make sure they are obtaining licenses in order to meet the company's sales goals.

Encouragement to meet the company's sales goal for the advisors.

Provide on-the-job training and oversee and track advisers' performance.

- Managing stakeholder relationships.

- To increase the team's overall profitability, continue to be tenacious in your support of the policies that the advisors have acquired.
