Manager - Sales Development - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and grow our insurance agency network in India. You will drive business growth, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of agents while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement plans to expand the agency network.

- Lead and motivate a team of sales agents.

- Build strong relationships with agency partners.

- Analyze market trends and sales data for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

- Support and train agents to enhance performance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.

- Minimum 2 years of sales management experience in insurance.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Knowledge of insurance laws and the Indian market.

- Prior fieldwork experience required.

- Must be based locally in India.
