Job Description:
To lead and supervise a group of agents and guarantee the accomplishment of sales goals while upholding outstanding service standards, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- To maximize both individual and team performance, assemble, develop, and oversee a top- performing group of agents.
- Set, monitor, and meet sales targets while putting good methods into practice to get outcomes.
- Respond quickly to customer problems and make sure that exceptional customer service is provided.
- Oversee and carry out marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and agency visibility.
- Verify adherence to all pertinent corporate guidelines, rules, and industry standards.
- Agent performance is tracked and evaluated, and continuous coaching, feedback, and development are given.
- Report team performance, goal progress, and business outcomes on a regular basis to top management.
- Create and put into action plans that will increase revenue in a sustainable manner.
Qualification and Experience:
- A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
- At least two years of sales or marketing experience with a successful track record is required.
- Demonstrated team management expertise and leadership abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
