Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or products to existing clients.
- Monitor client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to ensure continued satisfaction.
- Assist in contract renewals and handle any necessary negotiations.
- Keep clients informed about new products, services, or updates relevant to their needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
