Job Description:

As an Associate Development Manager, you will contribute to the organization's growth by identifying potential clients and promoting insurance solutions. You will ensure a seamless sales process and provide excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Acquire and manage a portfolio of clients through various sales channels.

- Explain insurance products to prospective clients and recommend solutions based on their needs.

- Conduct personalized needs assessments to provide tailored solutions.

- Maintain accurate sales records and generate regular activity reports.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets within stipulated timelines.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in insurance or financial services.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong sales mindset.

- Ability to work in a dynamic and target-oriented environment.
