Job Description
The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, building a high-performing team, and expanding the agency network in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents.
- Drive sales performance and ensure team meets targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to agents.
- Build strong relationships with agents and ensure retention.
- Identify new opportunities and expand the agency network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years in sales or agency management.
- Leadership, communication, and target-driven.
- Knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics in India.
