Executive - Field Sales - Insurance (1-7 yrs)

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal applicant will be responsible for growing market share, acquiring new customers, and meeting sales targets within a certain territory. A lot of field work, building trustworthy relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the advantages of our life insurance products are all necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

- To ensure long-term loyalty, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents.

- Reach and exceed sales targets on a regular basis.

- Adhere to the company's sales and compliance regulations.

- Provide accurate and on-time sales predictions and reporting.

- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

- Strong presenting and negotiating skills.

- Results-driven and driven by oneself

- Age: 21 to 38

- Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing

- Must have local candidate
