Area Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, mentor agents, and build strong partnerships within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed regional objectives.

- Recruit, train, and lead a team of agency partners to optimize their performance.

- Regularly assess agent performance and provide constructive feedback and support.

- Work with marketing teams to develop impactful promotional initiatives.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance agents' skills and product knowledge.

- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and agency partners.

- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales outcomes and market dynamics for senior management.

Requirements:

- 2+ years in field sales.

- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
