We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Manager.

Key Performers :

- Utilize strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Generate leads through various channels and networking.

- Lead and motivate agents to achieve sales targets.

- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of insurance agents.

Key skills :
