- Principal duties include onboarding and training agents.
- Establish and preserve connections with agents.
- Work together to develop sales-boosting tactics
- Keep an eye on agent performance indicators
- Verify adherence to the rules.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- One to two years of sales experience
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
- It has to be local.
