We are seeking a dedicated Unit Sales Manager to lead our agency channel team. In this role, you will drive sales performance, manage a team of agents, and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the agency channel.
- Recruit, train, and mentor agents to optimize their performance and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily activities of agents and provide coaching to improve their sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and activities.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is preferable.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in field sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be local.
