Key Responsibilities :

- Customer Acquisition : Actively identify and approach potential customers to promote the bank's current and savings account offerings.

- Lead Generation : Develop new business through referrals, networking, and direct sales.

- Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for CASA by driving consistent performance and results.

- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on the latest trends in the local market to tailor offerings and provide competitive solutions to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI sales or a related field.

- Age : 21-32 years.

- Graduation in any discipline (preferred in Business, Finance, or related fields).

- Must own a bike and be willing to travel locally for field sales.

- Local candidates preferred for better understanding of the market.
