Manager - Sales - Branch Banking (2-4 yrs)

Roles:

- Developing and maintaining interactions with branches executives and employees in order to generate leads from them.

- Participation in worksite activities, such as setting up stalls and giving presentations in corporate.

- Close the transaction and follow up on the issuance.

- Raising bank customer awareness of life insurance solutions and achieving targeted cross-sell penetration among branch customers.

- Effectively manage the reward and recognition programs launched for bank employees.
