Plant Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Outline the day-to-day responsibilities for this role.

1. Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock

2. Maintain a clean and safe workplace

3. Analyse production costs and inventory to establish areas for improvements

4. Ensure adherence to rules and workplace policies

5. Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources

6. Responsible for plant production rotation, quality inspection, optimization of resources, manpower management, store management, material receiving & dispatches.

7. Ensuring documentation / reports completion of every operator

8. Reporting problems & providing solution and guidance
