About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies, identify test scenarios, and drive automation efforts in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks, scripts, and tools to support functional, regression, and performance testing.

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA team members to create comprehensive test plans and identify test scenarios for new and existing features.

- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper prioritization and resolution.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless delivery and deployment processes.

- Monitor and report on key quality metrics, including test coverage, defect density, and automation efficiency.

- Work closely with development and operations teams to identify testability, scalability, and performance improvements in the product.

- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and potential vulnerabilities.

Key Requirements:Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, or JUnit.

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or SOAP UI.

- Exposure to tools like JMeter or Gatling for performance and load testing.

- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

- Experience working with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD platforms.
