We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team in Gurugram.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, configuring Salesforce solutions, and ensuring seamless communication between business and technical teams.

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and customization.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce certification (ADM 201) is a plus.

- Auto cloud 2 years experience.

Responsibilities :

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather in-depth requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce configurations.

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, maximizing efficiency and user adoption.

- Configure and customize Salesforce functionalities, workflows, and automations to optimize processes and data management.

- Document technical specifications and user stories for development teams.

- Foster clear communication between business and technical teams, bridging the gap between their needs and functionalities.

- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce functionalities and best practices.

- Actively participate in system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and trends.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Business Analysis.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations and customizations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CPQ experience a plus).

- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Experience working in a collaborative, agile environment.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is a strong plus.

- Bonus points for experience with Auto Cloud
