Job Description
- The following are the Responsibilities of Exec
- -BD Dipin Civil/Arch 2 5 yrs in interior Projects Preparation, monitoring and tracking of annual business acquisition plan and related budgeting
- Generation of leads in the assigned business division / location in line with the business plan thru cold calls, follow-ups, etc
- Market Survey and reporting
- Briefing CSM team for proposal / tender preparation
- Input to customer data bank & maintenance of a prospective customer database
- Ensuring market presence of Teekays thru PR / Brand Development initiatives / representing Teekays in seminars, forums, conferences, awards, functions etc
- Working on developing empanelment relationships with key clients
- Working on strategic alliances and associations with trade bodies
- Development of a customer contact plan & adherence to the same
