Job Description
- Responsible for the operations of the Design function in the assigned location
Responsibilities:
- The following are the Responsibilities of Engr
- Design Dip
- in Interior Design 2 5 yrs in interior projects design Contribute to Business Proposals / Presentations
- Responsible for Design concepts & its approvals in alignment with client requirements, ensuring cost optimization / savings for client / organization
- Adherence to Standardization of layout concepts, Designs & Usage of material across locations
- Review & monitor the Design and QS activities on a periodic / quarterly basis, based on targets and actual achievement based on inputs from CSM team
- Preparation of Project-wise Schedule for Design & QS Deliverables (Quantity Estimation, Markings/GFC / As built-Dwgs, BOQ)
- Preparation, upgradation and maintenance of Master BOQs
- Preparation & adherence to customer contact plan
- Preparation & adherence to resource plan
- Effective coordination both Internal & External Customers to ensure alignment of the design deliverables at Pre-project, Execution & Post-project stages
- Archiving drawings & designs concepts of Contract / Design Build projects
