TecQubes Technologies - ServiceNow CMDB Developer - ITIL Frameworks (7-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CMDB configurations, including class structures, relationships, and data imports.

- Integrate CMDB with other ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change) to improve service delivery.

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (JavaScript) to automate CMDB data collection and enrichment.

- Perform data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CMDB.

- Troubleshoot and resolve CMDB related issues.

- Collaborate with IT teams to gather requirements and understand their needs.

- Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow CMDB best practices and features.

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and implementations.

- Contribute to the improvement of IT service management processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration and development.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB concepts, best practices, and data models.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and developing custom applications.

- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems.

- Strong understanding of ITIL concepts and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Skills & Experience :

- ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist)

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration

- Experience with other IT Service Management tools

- Knowledge of ITIL 4

- Experience with Agile development methodologies
