As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the execution and control of enterprise Mobile and Web projects, client liaison, including pre-sales, analysis, cross-functional development, and systems integration projects for the Company and ensure timely delivery of the project by overseeing the team.

To play an integral role in the development and future growth of the company s service and product delivery.
Lead large-scale/mid-scale, complex programs, ensuring they adhere to budget and schedule while achieving intended outcomes.
Oversee operational and logistical decisions, implementing a solid governance framework with both internal and customer stakeholders.
To provide sound strategic direction and delivery leadership in all aspects of the business.
Role Responsibilities:
Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
Enhance and refine the overall delivery process to stay within budget constraints.
Utilize financial strategies to reduce delivery costs, improving or maintaining profitability levels.
Collaborate with important client stakeholders, managing end-to-end delivery requirements and meeting customer expectations.
Regularly conduct reviews to track delivery milestones and processes, making informed decisions and recommending strategies based on review outcomes.
Anticipate business needs and market trends through forecasting.
Address domain-specific project management challenges across various projects.
Propose suitable frameworks and solutions to meet both functional and non-functional needs.
Apply best practices that add measurable business value.
Establish and maintain quality objectives and processes.
Influence project strategies by suggesting innovative solutions, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and display approachability and transparency.
Handle customer escalations, providing frequent updates to both management and customers on resolution progress.
Coordinate vendor/partner management activities, including procurement and invoice approvals.
Ensure timely invoicing and collection of customer payments.
Consolidate solution-level estimates, assessing risks and validating technical assumptions, scope, and boundaries.
Review, validate, and negotiate estimates across various service lines and conduct project-level resource planning.
Analyze the impact of changes on overall estimates and resource allocation.
Re-evaluate project scope and schedule as part of the project plan.
10-15 years in IT Service Delivery, 10+ years in software services.
Strong Project Management experience [10+ years' experience] with Development of Enterprise
applications preferably in Java/.Net/CF/Python etc.
Experience in development and delivery of Web, Mobile, Ai, Data science, Bi, IoT, Blockchain.
Work experience with end-to-end software lifecycle management.
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous.
Exposure to Agile Methodology.
Good Resource planning skills.
Exposure to change management and release management process.
Relevant Technical / Professional Qualification.
Desired Skills:
Good exposure in IT Service Delivery.
PMP Certification (OR) Any product/project management certification (added advantage).
Experience in web / mobile application services.
