Job Description
Techvantage Analytics is a fast-growing AI services and product engineering company specializing in Analytics, Machine learning, and AI-based solutions. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and visual aesthetics of our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft innovative designs that enhance usability and align with our brand identity. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as is a deep understanding of design principles and trends.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing insights.
- Design visual assets such as banners, infographics, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Create brand assets, including logos, typography, and style guides.
- Support rebranding initiatives to refresh and modernize the company s visual identity.
- Develop high-quality presentations that communicate ideas effectively and align with the brand.
- Design materials for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements.
- Produce creative assets for events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals and user needs.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy discussions.
- 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX and graphic design with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong skills in presentation design using tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, or Canva.
- Experience in logo design and creating cohesive branding materials.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience in rebranding initiatives, including developing brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects or Blender.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.
- Ability to create interactive and visually dynamic presentations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to design challenges.
