We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer with expertise in Figma to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate user needs and business objectives into visually compelling and functional designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Create user-centric UI designs for web and mobile applications using Figma as the primary design tool.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
Apply and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate best practices into design workflows.
Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and platforms.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience as a UI Designer, preferably with a focus on web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping features.
Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to create user-friendly interfaces.
A portfolio showcasing your UI design work, particularly projects done in Figma.
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
