SAP HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and customize SAP HCM PA and OM modules as per business requirements.
Support and optimize organizational structure, personnel actions, infotypes, and relationships within SAP HCM.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules (e.g., Payroll, Time Management, SuccessFactors).
Analyze and troubleshoot SAP HCM PA/OM-related issues and implement solutions.
Participate in end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects for SAP HCM.
Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
Provide user training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with expertise in PA & OM.
Strong knowledge of organizational structures, personnel administration, infotypes, actions, and workflows.
Experience in data migration, LSMW, and integration with other SAP modules.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
SAP HCM implementation experience is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
SAP HCM certification (if applicable).
Experience with SuccessFactors integration.
Exposure to ABAP debugging (optional but beneficial).
