Job Description

The role of the Business Development Executive is crucial to the organizations growth and success. They are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with potential clients, and driving the companys revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Identify and attend industry events to network and prospect for new business leads.
  • Negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Report on sales activities and results to management.
  • Manage and update client information in the companys CRM system.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend conferences as needed.
  • Provide feedback to the management team about market trends and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in sales and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
