We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you ll play a critical part in installing, commissioning, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment and systems for our clients manufacturing plants.

Installation Commissioning: Execute on-site installation and commissioning of processing equipment and systems.
Maintenance Troubleshooting: Provide preventive maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure smooth plant operations.
Technical Support: Offer remote and on-site technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of problems.
Training: Train client personnel on equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.
Documentation: Prepare detailed service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, positive relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the design and manufacturing teams for continuous product and service enhancements.

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
2+ years of experience in servicing and commissioning industrial equipment (preferably in Beverage, Dairy, Pharma, or Chemical industries).
Strong technical knowledge of processing systems, automation, and mechanical equipment .
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and handle on-site challenges .
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively to client sites.
