As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals. Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media platforms. * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing appropriate solutions. * Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products/services. * Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets. * Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. * Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
Requirements:
* Bachelor & Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. * Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. * Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
