Structural Engineer (MAT3D Expert)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MAT3D Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in mat foundation design for both soil and pile-supported foundations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical or civil engineering and should be proficient in MAT3D software for foundation design. The candidate will be responsible for designing and analyzing multi-load point mat foundations efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize MAT3D software to design and analyze soil and pile-supported mat foundations efficiently.
• Perform structural calculations and assessments for various foundation systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in oil & gas, power, and infrastructure sectors.
• Assist in project documentation, workflow management, and reporting.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and document control processes.
• Apply basic project management principles to ensure timely delivery of engineering solutions.
• Work with engineers and project managers to optimize foundation designs and construction methodologies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in mat foundation design.
• Proficiency in MAT3D software for designing soil and pile-supported foundations.
• Familiarity with project workflows in oil & gas, power, or infrastructure sectors.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Knowledge of document control processes and technical documentation standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other foundation design software.
• Exposure to geotechnical analysis and soil-structure interaction, Data Import & Integration .
• Knowledge of international standards and codes related to foundation design.
