AI Architect/Developer - NLP/Deep Learning (3-9 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs), Small Language Models (SLMs), and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to build sophisticated AI agents.

- Integrate methodologies like Chain-of-Thoughts and React into AI agents to enable them to effectively break down complex tasks and plan their actions.

- Gain expertise and effectively utilize frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others to accelerate AI development.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and their practical applications to real-world challenges.

- Ensure the security and privacy of data and applications within the AI context.

- Conduct model selection, training, fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and testing to guarantee reliability and scalability.

- Foster strong partnerships with Data Engineers to curate high-quality training and analysis datasets.

- Gain experience in deploying and managing AI/ML operations (a strong plus).

- Play a key role in defining and delivering AI-enabled systems that redefine user experiences.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning.

- Proven track record of building AI agents using LLMs/SLMs and RAG.

- Expertise in implementing task decomposition and action planning (Chain-of-Thoughts, ReAct) within AI agents.

- Mastery of cutting-edge AI frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others.

- Strong understanding of foundational AI concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP).

- Deep knowledge of data and application security within the AI domain.

- Proficiency in model selection, training, fine-tuning, optimization, evaluation, and testing.

- Excellent collaborative skills with a strong focus on teamwork, particularly with Data Engineers.

- Experience in deploying and managing AI/ML operations is a significant advantage.
