Senior Relationship Manager - Direct Channel - Insurance (1-3 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and ensure long-term engagement.

- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance products.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets as set by the company.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns.

- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.

- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, claims processing, and customer support.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in life insurance sales (direct sales preferred).

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
