Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing and potential life insurance clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess their evolving financial goals and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Provide personalized financial advice and guidance, ensuring clients understand the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
- Proactively identify and address client retention risks, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales and Business Development:
- Drive sales of life insurance products by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, referrals, and other lead generation activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
Product Knowledge and Compliance:
- Maintain a deep understanding of TechPoppy's life insurance products, services, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding product features, benefits, and terms.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance updates.
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales activities.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
