Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong calling skills with high energy level throughout the shift.
  
• Proficiency in computer knowledge including MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
• No B.Tech/BA candidates are not allowed.
