Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing projects related to Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive approach to project management.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones for Enterprise SaaS implementation projects.
Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure timely delivery of project objectives within scope and budget.
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Facilitate regular communication and updates regarding project status, milestones, and risks.
Prepare and distribute project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements Management and Analysis:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document project requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project deliverables.
Ensure that project requirements are clearly defined, understood, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Support quality assurance activities by assisting in the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback collection to validate SaaS solutions against client expectations.
Work with development teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing and UAT.
Training and User Adoption:
Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of SaaS solutions.
Provide ongoing support and assistance to users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
Gather user feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
Identify potential risks and issues impacting project delivery and work with project managers to develop mitigation strategies.
Escalate critical issues to project managers and assist in resolving them in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.
Proactively monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify deviations from planned objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Enterprise SaaS implementation.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Project management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
