at the Tally Institute of Learning center and launching new batches and
overall ownership of fresh collection and order intake.

Job Description
Good communication skills - both oral and written
Open to work 6 days/week with rotational week-offs
Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job
Should have handled sales targets
Understanding of IT domain
Counsel and convert every enquiry into an enrollment/registration
Generate revenue and order intake
Maintain new batch occupancy at 60% at least
Identifying and generating prospects for business. Maintaining a healthy pipeline to secure business at all times for both permanent and specialist staffing Needs to be result oriented.
Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data for purpose of Management reporting and sales forecasting.
To Maintain relations and regular contacts with clients to ensure constant flow of business and facilitate resolution of their problems.
Client Relationship management - Working closely with clients in identifying business opportunities.
Strong Follow Up to convert proposals to Job orders.
Responsible for Lead Enquiry Registrations at a center.
Establishing connects with colleges/corporates
Managing the entire lead management of the center on a daily basis
