Job Description
Counselor (Female) A professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience
in Sales / Business Development. Responsible for managing front office
at the Tally Institute of Learning center and launching new batches and
overall ownership of fresh collection and order intake.

Job Description
- Good communication skills - both oral and written
- Open to work 6 days/week with rotational week-offs
- Flexibility to learn new sales concepts on the job
- Should have handled sales targets
- Understanding of IT domain
- Counsel and convert every enquiry into an enrollment/registration
- Generate revenue and order intake
- Maintain new batch occupancy at 60% at least
- Identifying and generating prospects for business. Maintaining a healthy pipeline to secure business at all times for both permanent and specialist staffing Needs to be result oriented.
- Provide timely and accurate prospect information and sales activity data for purpose of Management reporting and sales forecasting.
- To Maintain relations and regular contacts with clients to ensure constant flow of business and facilitate resolution of their problems.
- Client Relationship management - Working closely with clients in identifying business opportunities.
- Strong Follow Up to convert proposals to Job orders.
- Responsible for Lead Enquiry Registrations at a center.
- Establishing connects with colleges/corporates
- Managing the entire lead management of the center on a daily basis
